Monday–Friday: 6:00AM–8:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM–6:00PM
Sunday: 12:00PM–5:00PM

KORU Gym Pass:

  • Day Pass to Gym: $15
  • Week Pass (Includes Fitness Classes):$50
  • 10-Punch Card for Gym: $75

KORU Class Pass:

  • One Fitness Class: $10
  • One Yoga Class: $15
  • 10-Punch Card for Classes: $60

Memberships

SKH2O Whether you are vacationing on Hatteras Island for a few days or living on the Outer Banks year round, we have a membership program to suite your needs. Our memberships range from weekly to annual commitments, and all Spa Koru fitness memberships include access to group exercise classes.

  • Month Membership: $60
  • 3-Month Membership: $150
  • 6-Month Membership: $250
  • Annual Membership: $450
  • Family Membership: $800 (for couple)

Gym

Featuring top-quality Precor® cardiovascular and Atlantis® resistance training equipment, Spa Koru’s fitness center caters to a vast array of fitness interest. All of our cardio machines feature flat panel television screens with personal remote panels for your sole viewing pleasure. We also have an expansive free-weight area with a complete Atlantis® Precision Series free weight collection.

Group Exercise

cardiomachines A large private studio provides an exceptional arena for fitness classes and workshops of all kinds. Instructors originate not just from Hatteras Island, but from across the globe as well. Classes include basic aerobics, weights, stretching, pilates, assorted yoga and more. Feel free to view the current schedule online! All group exercise classes are lead by certified fitness instructors.
