• All Villa stays include unlimited use of Spa Koru fitness center and group exercise classes, including regularly scheduled yoga classes. Private yoga classes and personal training sessions are available at an additional cost.
• All rooms include linens for double occupancy. A $10 per night amenities fee will be charge for each additional guest.
• Tax of 11.75% (6.75% NC sales tax plus 5% Dare County lodging tax) is not included in the published rates and will be included on your final statement of charges.
• Minimum 2 night stay for weekends and 3 night minimum on holiday weekend stays. Single night stays may be available. Please call Spa Koru directly. A $10 single night fee applies.
• A deposit of 50% of the net room rate(s) is required of all stays with single night stays requiring a deposit of the full room rate. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to your check in date less a $30 cancellation charge. Less than 14 days prior to your check in date, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. If the accommodations are rebooked for the reservation time period, a credit in the amount of the rebooking, minus $30 cancellation charge, will be credited to your account. Weather related refunds are made only in the event of official mandatory evacuation.
• The Villas reserve the right to provide comparable or upgraded accommodations should the need arise due to unforeseen facility issues or scheduling issues.
• Check in time is 4pm or after. You may request an early check in. If available you may check in at 1 pm or after at no additional charge. Check out time is 11 am. Guests are welcome to enjoy Spa Koru’s facilities before or after their check in/out times under the Spa's normal operating hours.
• Some units are pet friendly (dogs only) and must be reserved as such. An additional charge of $30 is applied per stay. The Villas reserve the right to refuse a reservation if the pet requirements exceed what the management deems as appropriate.
