Cardio workout alternate weekly with the following:
Cardio Boot Camp: Back to basics, easy to follow drills, marching, squats and lunges using free weights
Cardio Kick: Non-contact cardio workout of kicks, punches and jab sequences
Cardio Interval: Free weights and cardio segments using three-minute cardio,one-minute weights format
Cardio Circuit: Using various stations/equipment/free weights for cardio and strength training
