Our Campus Our 13,000 square foot Avon facility is located in the heart of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. A haven to both visitors and to locals, Spa Koru serves as a cornerstone to the overall wellness of the community.

The facility was constructed with the notion that this one campus can provide all the resources needed to experience wellness both on the inside and the outside.

Spa Koru Studio: Instructor: Diane Horan Cardio workout alternate weekly with the following: Cardio Boot Camp: Back to basics, easy to follow drills, marching, squats and lunges using free weights Cardio Kick: Non-contact cardio workout of kicks, punches and jab sequences Cardio Interval: Free weights and cardio segments using three-minute cardio,one-minute weights format Cardio Circuit: Using various stations/equipment/free weights for cardio and strength training
