Yoga brings out your inner child
Yoga bringing out the child in those who practice on YouTube
Our yoga instructors at Koru often make reference to yoga poses that mirror poses that babies and young children come into naturally in their daily lives. Balasana, or childs pose, is often used as a resting or transition pose during yoga practices which reminds people to tap into their inner child and come into this safe, protective and relaxing pose. Ananda Balasana, or happy baby pose, is another hip opening and lower back releasing pose that you can spot babies performing instinctually. Yoga can remind us to let go of inhibitions and tap into that space where we can explore our inner child.
Koru offers a variety of yoga classes that will help you strengthen your body and mind. Check out our class schedule at www.SpaKoru.com or call us for more information at (252)-995-3125. Spiral Up your life with Koru.
