Koru’s state of the art fitness center, fitness classes, and yoga program are geared towards helping people lead a healthy life and stay active. From Zumba to Yoga and cardio/pilates,  Koru’s 12 different fitness classes are catered to a wide variety of preferences.

Koru’s Spa has a plethora of facials, body treatments, massage therapies, and salon services to keep everyone looking and feeling their best. A spa day with friends, your wedding party, or a day to pamper yourself, is one of the best ways to take care of your body and mind and restore wellness.

Koru’s Villas allow you to take get away from the daily stresses of your environment and book a week or weekend vacation to recuperates and relax. Koru’s villas are located in the center of Avon, North Carolina. Our location is convenient for any traveler who loves being within walking distance to the number 4 ranked beach in America, the Avon fishing pier, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Each villa is themed after a variety of classical elements of nature. The decor of each Villa is relative to its name and is decorated in Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Sun, and Stars themes to visually stimulate the senses, restore energy, and peace of mind. Our 6 Villas are all inclusive with a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and bathroom. Haulover Day Area: Held in the warm shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound this class is a perfect way for beginners to learn stand up paddle boarding and get a great workout with family and friends. *Please register in advance for this class by calling 252-995-3125.$40/class, $30/class for members or 3 classes for $90
