Yoga, Fitness, or Surf – Adventure Camps for Men & Women

Yoga, fitness or surf adventure camps for men and women on Hatteras Island. Camp Koru was created as a yoga-based vacation retreat which incorporates journeys of both adventure and spirit. Our camps feature activities varying from yoga and surfing to kayaking and biking!

We offer two types of camps

  • Cape Escape Fitness Camp – Men & Women – a fitness camp

$290 – Includes all taxes and fees

Price includes accommodations, 3 meals, fitness instruction and activities and a 50 minute Spa treatment. An adult fitness camp intended to kick-start your summer fitness routine. Led by a single instructor with Personal Training credentials, the Cape Escape fitness camp provides individualized instruction and support to you and your body’s fitness needs.

  • Surf & Turf Camp – Women Only -  a surf & yoga camp

$949 – Includes all taxes and fees

Price includes welcome basket; accommodations; daily breakfast, lunch, yoga, surf instruction (weather permitting); a 50-minute Spa treatment and dinner two nights

Camp Koru’s premier women’s Surf and Yoga camp! A five day adventure excursion featuring daily yoga, surf instruction, and island adventures. Whether you are seasoned in yoga and surfing or you are a novice at both, the Surf & Turf adventure camp is a special experience and a great way to reunite with your life with your love for adventure.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Haulover Day Area: Held in the warm shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound this class is a perfect way for beginners to learn stand up paddle boarding and get a great workout with family and friends. *Please register in advance for this class by calling 252-995-3125.$40/class, $30/class for members or 3 classes for $90
