New Yoga Instructor Wendi Palmer

Spa Koru is happy to welcome the newest member of their Krew, Wendi Palmer! Wendi has come on board as a Yoga Instructor & will be teaching the Saturday morning Yoga class at 9:30 every week! You may have already met Wendi as your instructor or maybe just passed her in the lobby, but be sure to welcome her to campus!  She has been an amazing asset to our family already, and we are thankful she is with us!

Wendi also enjoys surfing, kite boarding, sunny days at the beach, traveling, teaching surfing & yoga, and spending time with friends and family.

Wendi has been an awesome addition to our family here at Spa Koru.  Her willingness to share her passion of Yoga with our guests and members has only enhanced SKY, and will continue to help us grow in a positive direction!  Take advantage of this amazing instructor & enjoy her classes!” says Director Grace Souter.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Haulover Day Area: Held in the warm shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound this class is a perfect way for beginners to learn stand up paddle boarding and get a great workout with family and friends. *Please register in advance for this class by calling 252-995-3125.$40/class, $30/class for members or 3 classes for $90
