2010 Fitness Rates

As Spa Koru Yoga continues to grow and develop into one of the finest Yoga programs in the Outer Banks, Spa Koru has made a few adjustments and updates to its fitness prices.  These changes are primarily to facilitate simplicity for our patrons and to ensure that all of our fitness programs can continue to evolve and expand.

Day gym pass- $15 (does not include classes)

Week pass-$50 (includes all classes)

10-punch gym pass- $75

10-punch fitness class-$50 (excludes yoga)

Fitness class-$10

Yoga class-$15

Please remember that all Spa Koru memberships (one month or longer) include access to fitness and Yoga classes.  A Spa Koru membership is a great way to experience fitness in a variety of different capacities and levels and to find out what works best with your lifestyle and schedule. Spa Koru Studio: Instructor: Diane Horan Cardio workout alternate weekly with the following: Cardio Boot Camp: Back to basics, easy to follow drills, marching, squats and lunges using free weights Cardio Kick: Non-contact cardio workout of kicks, punches and jab sequences Cardio Interval: Free weights and cardio segments using three-minute cardio,one-minute weights format Cardio Circuit: Using various stations/equipment/free weights for cardio and strength training

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Haulover Day Area: Held in the warm shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound this class is a perfect way for beginners to learn stand up paddle boarding and get a great workout with family and friends. *Please register in advance for this class by calling 252-995-3125.$40/class, $30/class for members or 3 classes for $90
